Mission & Values

Dream Lovers Weddings is a print magazine, published for the modern romantics who discard any unwanted traditions in favour of planning a wedding that defines them

Featuring a thoughtful curation of our favourite suppliers in the wedding industry, we’ll do our utmost to inspire you and help you on your wedding planning journey.

Dream Lovers Weddings strives actively to be inclusive of all gender identities, races, faiths and abilities.

Everyone and their love is welcome and safe here at Dream Lovers Weddings. Black lives matter, all abilities are valid, trans men are men and trans women are women, sex work is work, marriage rights should be equal and universal, and there is no such thing as an illegal human.

And to be sustainable, a monthly donation is made to Ecologi, whilst the magazine is in production.

The Magazine

Our magazine Dream Lovers Weddings is a beautiful 144+ page publication with a coffee table keepsake vibe.

We have fashion shoots, advice pieces from wedding suppliers, real wedding features, and our adverts have exclusive supplier discounts for you.

We also have plans for a printed hardback directory ~ The Dream Team ~ to help you even further on your wedding planning quest!

Founder and editor

I’m Erin Balfour, and I’ve been in love with love, weddings and the printed form since forever ever…

I’ve been in the wedding industry since 2013 (I used to go by the name Way Out Wedding, if you’re thinking ‘I know her, but I can’t place her…’), and my absolute passion is bringing people planning their wedding together with their dream suppliers.

Lots of love

Assistant editor

Hey, I’m Andrea! My love affair with all things weddings kicked off when I got engaged back in 2020—and let’s just say, I instantly became obsessed. But not with the traditional stuff… I was drawn to bold, non-traditional ways of celebrating love that truly felt like us.

That’s when I discovered Dream Lover’s Weddings (Way Out Wedding, back then), and wow—it completely blew my mind. It became a huge source of inspiration as we planned our own dream day in Las Vegas (which was the plan from day one, by the way!).

Now, as assistant editor, I get to help inspire newly engaged lovers with fresh, fabulous ideas—and I’m loving every second of it.
